Product Owner (Lumin Team)

We are currently seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team for an exciting project with one of our key clients, a renowned provider of PDF management and editing tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to acquire new users and drive website performance through strategic product development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner you are responsible for:

◦Define Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and ensures the product delivers value to end-users. Work closely with the client to shape product strategy, particularly for PDF management and editing tools.
◦ Prioritize Product Backlog: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
◦ Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate the product roadmap, and manage expectations.
◦ Requirement Gathering and Management: Define, clarify, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
◦ Collaborate with Technical Teams: Communicate effectively with the development team to translate business needs into technical requirements. Follow the progress of development, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth product delivery.
◦ Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and develop mitigation strategies. Act as a point of escalation for product-related issues.

Your skills and experience

◦ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
◦ Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in product or project management.
◦ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
◦Excellent English communication skills, essential for collaborating with English-speaking stakeholders and a global user base.
◦ Previous experience or strong knowledge of document management solutions, including PDF editing and processing, is highly desirable.
◦ Experience working with marketing teams to optimize websites, improve SEO performance, and contribute to user acquisition strategies is a significant plus.
◦Proven ability to lead Agile practices and manage the product lifecycle.
