Team Lead – Full Stack Developer (Soundlabs Team)
We are looking for a Team Lead – Full Stack Developer with excellent programming and leadership skills to join our team. Responsibilities
As a Team Lead – Full Stack Developer, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead and mentor a/multi development team(s) by setting clear goals, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration with the internal team.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to clarify requirements, provide regular progress updates, and offer technical guidance.
- Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional needs.
- Design, implement, test, and deliver new features that bring value to our users, applying best practices in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and drive technical discussions within the team to continuously improve processes and code quality.
- Collaborate with project leaders, QAs, and other stakeholders to get projects done on time with high quality.
- Monitor and maintainexisting applications to ensure they remain scalable, secure, and robust.
Your skills and experiences
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (with 6+ months experience in leadership or mentoring).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
- Fluent in English communication, with proven experience in client or stakeholder communication.
- A proven track record of team management or mentorship.
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate and/or AWS Certified Solution Architect – Associate certifications, or higher.
- Experience with Shopify integrations or building eCommerce solutions.
- Familiarity with additional frameworks such as Nest.js or Meteor.
- Experience in playing musical instruments and understanding of music theory
